Join the Issaquah Alps Trails Club and Green Issaquah as they embark on an innovative new project to create Issaquah’s first Miyawaki Pocket Forest! At this kick off event we will begin the process and prepare the site by removing invasive species. It will be fun working together to bring life and vitality to this degraded plot of land in old town Issaquah! And, it will be another step towards our Issaquah Climate Action Plan goal of 55% tree canopy cover by 2035.
